It was without doubt the worst night we have ever had in a hotel. There is a club below that goes on until 5:30am so don't expect to get a moments sleep until then. The "double" room has a three quarter!! size bed with springs that jut into your back and the bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen. There is nobody at reception after 5pm so there is no avenue to vent your complaints, requests or even concerns (What if there was a fire for example?!)
A random person managed to open our door at 2am - that is totally unacceptable!
STAY AWAY.
