Good Points: Friendly staff. Helpful. Bad Points: Poor Quality evening meal. Room Cold at night. Showering facilities faulty, (hot cold regulator back to front, shower leaked flooding the room, toilet flush very long) General review: Not a very good example of Burtonian hotels. Sorry!
