I stayed 2 night in this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and modern and the food was very good. I parked my car for the 2 days in the hotel car park which is small but adequate.
I would most definatley recommend this hotel if you need to stay in Lancaster

Good Points: Good standard of accommodation for the price. Rooms had nice decor and were very clean.
Bad Points: Website stated parking was available. In fact 1 parking space plus disabled space does not constitute parking. This was one of the reasons we chose the hotel in the first place.
