Good Points: Nice Hotel, Great location (if the the buses were a bit more frequent) and will more than likely use again as priced fairly similar to Travel/Holiday Inn.
Bad Points: Staff member on arrival was not helpful we were given a very basic map of the complex with misleading arrows to where we were staying. When finally found the flat we had been given wrong keys. Trecking round the flats with luggage in sub zero temperatures is not a great start to your break! Window in the living room was broken and when the gales started the day after arriving it was cold and extremely noisy.
General review: We liked the set up of the apartments and will use again but I hope that the issues I have raised in the bad points would not be encountered again.
