I discovered Hancocks during my 2nd visit to Monmouth this year. The homemade faggots are truly the best I've ever had and amazingly good value. The sausages and bacon are of equally good quality.
As a testament to how good this place is I diverted to Monmouth, on a trip to Newport, just so I could buy a dozen faggots and freeze them at home. In total a 280 mile round trip but well worth the effort.
