I went to bath with my boyfriend last weekend to relax but instead of that we had a horrible experience at Francis Hotel. We could hear absolutely every single noise that came from outside of the room. We did not sleep at all!! If we had paid 50 pounds, would be one thing, but we paid 150 pounds for the room!!!!
