Best rates for a Local Hotel

This is the worst hotel, B&B or whatever you wish to call it I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. I booked by the internet & paid a service fee of 3 pounds at the time of booking. I was then charged another service fee when I arrived. The room was cold and damp. I would have been warmer if I had slept in a tent. The towels are extra. The bathoom was dirty and I declined the use of the bath or shower. There was no breakfast available, but I was charged for breakfast. Give it a wide berth it's appalling.
