A very warm welcome from the owner, the rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated with all the facillities one would want of a b&b plus a few more extras. The breakfast is a real treat and we could not fault a thing.Situated adjacent to the leeds and liverpool canal one can sit out on the veranda and watch the world and wildlife go by or take a walk along the towpath to view the boats and beutiful scenery.
