Bad Points: Our reservation couldn't be found when we arrived at Reception, it wasn't on their computer. Eventually sourced it from printout in the office. Got a bit of a fright as it was late and we were exhausted checking in. Was sorted in the end. Luckily I had the printout I made when booking on line.

Good Points: i like the smoking/non-smoking rooms as i am a smoker and i liked the air conditioning. the name on the tv screen was also a nice touch Bad Points: the rooms are not very noise proof General review: really nice- thanks
