Good Points: Very friendly staff, good breakfast and freshly cooked (not dried out under heating lights as many other hotels do- ugh!). Why do some other reviewers not appreciate a fresh breakfast? Bad Points: Major renovation works taking place - but you cannot bake a cake without breaking eggs - from what we have seen the works, though slightly inconvenient, will be a big improvement as frankly the hotel was looking slightly dated. Looking forward to next stay when hopefully the works will be finished. Hope also the gardens will be accessible as they are a feature that not many guests make the detour to see. General review: The freshly cooked food and attitude of the staff will draw us back again.

We got married this year and as we live in Jersey required somewhere for friends travelling over to stay, also had large amount of family coming from Ireland aswell. They all stayed at Quality Hotel and I am unable to thank all the staff enough for their service. Everyone (lots of kids included) was made to feel very welcome in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone. Thanks again for everything. Deb & Cal
