Good Points: found the staff very good and bar and resteraunt area was very clean.
Bad Points: in our room as we arrived the bathroom floor was absolutley covered in thick black hair, one of the bedside lights wasn't working, the shower head had soap squashed in to it, one of the sheets had a big hole in it. wasn't too impressed with the hotel rooms tidyness.
