Good Points: polite efficient staff.
Bad Points: TINY ROOM, OVER OR BESIDE THE HOTEL PUB WITH LOUD MUSIC UNTIL MIDNIGHT (HAD REQUESTED A QUIET ROOM) ONE WINDOW LOOKING ON TO AN OUTSIDE WALL. CENTRAL HEATING INTENSE AND NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTROL IN THE ROOM, HOT TAP IN SINK NOT FIXED TO THE SINK AND NO HOT WATER COMING THROUGH, DISCOVERED THAT SHOWER WAS ALSO FAULTY IN THE MORNING - HAD A COLD/LUKE WARM SHOWER. STAFF WERE POLITE AND OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM IN WHICH TO SHOWER IN THE MORNING BUT DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO CHANGE ROOM. APOLOGISED AND SAID THEY HAD BEEN FULLY BOOKED AS AN EXCUSE. I ADVISED THAT THE ROOM I HAD WAS NOT FIR FOR CUSTOMER PURPOSE. DID DISCOUNT ON PRICE - HOWEVER WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.
General review: WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN BUSINESS TRAVEL.
