My sister, who is a talented chef herself, had always wanted to visit Le Manoir. For her 60th birthday my wife and I accompanied her and her husband for an evening meal at Le Manoir. Not one to part with money too willingly I was a little nervous, but I need not have had any concern. We chose the 'sample' menu (around £115 per person) and I have to say we were all delighted. I can honestly say that the meal was one of the most enjoyable of my life so far. Everything from the bread to the service was 1st class and when compared to other reastaurants worth every penny. It's not something we can afford to do too often but it is our firm intention to return when ever we can to enjoy a another wonderful experience.

I just recently has the privilidge to dine at Le Manoir. I was touring England with my Culinary school. The dinner was amazing. It doesn't matter what you are eating it will be fantastic. After the tour of the grounds, rooms, and the kitchen. I knew whatever was prepared will melt in my mouth, and it did. After a wounderful 4 course meal, Chef Raymond came out and spoke to my class, he was so full of energy, he lit up like a Christmas tree when he spoke. He puts all of that positive energy into his work. The attention to detail from his garden, to the rooms, flows right into his kitchen and onto the plate. The food explodes with flavor when it hits your tongue, what an experience. Thankyou Chef Raymond and Staff for making my experience, in England, one that I will never Forget. Marc Najmi
