This pub was disgusting. I stayed in the B&B in the summer of 2010 and it was disgaceful! When walking into the pub all staff where outside smoking and we had to wait a while to be seen. The room was a mess to say the least, it was dirty and very used looking. But the worst thing about this place was the fact they played music until 7am!!! Not just quietly either, I could make out every word of every song!! Being very far gone in a pregnancy I was extremely upset but neither me nor my husband felt we could go and ask them to quiet down as the crowd was rowdy and the landlord was very unfriendly. We also had our 2 year old boy with us and they didn't seem to care. In the morning we asked for breakfast, saying tea please and no cereal, just the fry up. An hour later the landlord had not emerged and when he finally came to see if we are ok decided he hadn't heard us say we wanted breakfast and had turned everything off. Disgusting! I would NEVER tell even my worst enemy to stay here!
