My partner, my dog and I have just experienced a wonderful time at Blagdon Manor. Wonderful hospitality, gorgeous food and lovely surroundings! A peaceful oasis from the hurly burly of modern life. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone with a dog who enjoys comfort and being spoiled rotten!! Nik

This was a suprise visit for my 50th Birthday from my wife. Well what can I say from the moment we arrived we were made so welcome. Tea on the terrace, the champagne in our room and then oh that dinner. and well breakfast and the porridge.. Steve and liz are perfect hosts and you will be hard pushed to find a place thet does better in every detail.. I should know I stay in places like this for a living and happily will spend my own money in this establishment. I look forward to a return visit and if you want to experience hospitality at its best then look no further. Peter Chapman

This has to be the most welcoming hotel we have ever stayed at. While the literature suggested dogs are welcome, it is not until you arrive that you realise how welcome they are. Our two dogs were fussed over as much as we were! In fact, Steve was able to cater for their dietary needs as well as our own - it was a difficulty to get them to leave. Everything from the fixtures & fitments, catering, hospitality and ultimately the other guests made this a holiday we will remember for a long time. Keep up the good work. William
