I am a qualified therapist in the following techniques of therapy: CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Psychotherapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) & Clinical Hypnotherapy.

The method I use is to combine the above techniques to treat an individually tailored treatment plan which is delivered whilst the patient is in a state of deep relaxation or whilst hypnotised. Hence, the patient is treated with CBT or any other therapy WHILE they are hypnotised: as opposed to the patient being treated WITH hypnosis. My techniques provide a speedy, gentle and homeopathic solution to many every day issues. I have advanced training in smoking cessation, fertility and IVF Support, Hypnobirthing, Weight Control to name but a few. If your wanted to change any aspect of your life please call me and we can work together to find an acceptable solution for you.
