More Information

This charming, Old English style hotel is situated on the banks of the River Stour. With beautiful countryside, the market town of Sudbury and the river surrounding it, there are wonderful views from many of the rooms and from the hotelís restaurant and bar.

The town of Sudbury is the birthplace of one of Britainís most famous portrait artists, Thomas Gainsborough. In fact, the delightful scenery of Sudbury and its surrounds attracted many famous English painters to paint the river and landscape.

The Mill has 56, beautifully appointed rooms. Many of the rooms overlook the river, and each room is spacious and classically decorated.
