Recently renovated, the Thorn Tree Inn has a contemporary yet
traditional feel, that's equally as welcoming to families, groups, or
couples. The reclaimed wood and stone flooring, the fires and the subtle
lighting combine to make a relaxing, inviting atmosphere.
Outside, the terrace, the landscaped garden, and the stunning views make it
the perfect place to relax when the weather permits. On the occasion when we
have glorious sunshine, there's no nicer place to be with a chilled glass of
wine or beer.
We now have a growing reputation for our food. There's no dish on our menu
that we'd recommend over another. They're all equally delicious, offering
quality, taste and value. We buy our ingredients based on quality, guided by our ethics and morals.
All of our fish is from sustainable sources, and our meat is from a good
local supplier. And we only ever serve free range chicken (happy chickens
taste so much better).
And while you relax, the kids can wear themselves out in the children's play
area!
