Located in the old town, just steps from the Royal Mile, Princes Street and the theater district, Central Hotel is a brilliant reflection of the boldness and diversity of the city, while simultaneously representing the next generation of affordable budget hotels with the greatest of locations.

The building is steeped in history dating back to 1621 with many of the original features still visible. In 1998 the building was sympathetically restored and developed creating a 42 bedroom hotel, function room and the world famous Three Sisters Bar renowned for its lively atmosphere. There is a cobbled courtyard to the front of the hotel which features a cosmopolitan style heated seating area. The Three Sisters Bar attracts a diverse mix of locals and tourist alike and is one of Edinburgh largest and liveliest bars.
