Jan & Jerry Sharpe welcome you to Furzedon which is a new build cob house. It is one of only 4 new cob houses to have been built since the early 20th century. Cob is the vernacular building material of the South West. Although the house may be built from traditional materials it has all the modern amenities and facilities needed to make your stay with us comfortable and relaxing.
Merton is the ideal situation to explore Dartmoor, the north Devon and Cornish coast and Devon in general.
We have two bed and breakfast guest rooms. One is a large double bedroom with en suite that could also be a family room. There are French doors opening onto a patio that also serves as your own private entrance.
Our other guest room is a twin bed with en suite facilities. This also has French doors opening onto a patio with its own private entrance.
