We welcome you to our non-smoking home. Built in 1860, it is a listed building, with all the original features faithfully preserved. Individually furnished, comfortable and bright and tastefully decorated to a very high standard, all bedrooms have private/en-suite bathrooms, hand pressed white cotton bed linen, TVs, beverage facilities and hairdryers.
The sunny south-facing dining-room overlooks the garden. We serve a wonderful Scottish breakfast, including home-made preserves, organic homegrown soft fruits.
City centre situated in the fashionable conservation area of Bruntsfield, with its individual shops, bars and restaurants.
