Highfields - the original farmhouse - and Sunnyside - a new barn conversion - are tranquil and welcoming houses with a warm and friendly atmosphere set in their own grounds on an attractive arable farm. Set well back from the A1, these houses offer peaceful seclusion, ample safe parking and easy access to the RSPB, the Shuttleworth Collection, Woburn Abbey and Safari Park, and much more.

Rooms are beautifully furnished, all are en-suite and some are on the ground floor. Each room has a hospitality tray and hairdryer. There is a comfortable guests' sitting room and English Breakfast is served in the light and airy dining room. Where possible only top quality locally produced ingredients are used. Highfields and Sunnyside are no smoking houses.

The Codd family welcomes their guests to their lovely homes, so whether on business or pleasure you will return - most guests do! Highfield Farm is situated on the A1 road, on the left, 2.5 miles south of the A1 /A421 roundabout.
