Rock Farm is situated in a beautiful position, with panoramic views in every direction. It is located at an intersection of several public footpaths that criss-cross the hills around. At the same time we are only forty minutes drive from Manchester and the airport.

The accommodation consists of one double bedded room and one twin bedded room (each with optional third single bed). Both rooms have superb south facing views over the National Park, exposed original beams, colour television and clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryers. Guests have access to a pine furnished bathroom with electric shower, separate guest lounge with video and a selection of games with views across Kinder Scout and the surrounding National Park (available all day) and a cosy dining room with log burning stove.

There is central heating throughout and each room has its own individual control. As a family farm we are happy to cater for pets and horses. Please let us know of your requirements.
