We have 2 double bedrooms, 1 ensuite. Both rooms have river veiws and are furnished to a high standard with colour tv, and tea & coffee making facilities. Enjoy our riverside location, large gardens and patio areas with uninterrupted beautiful views of the hills and surrounding countryside. An excellent area for restaurants and country pubs or take a gentle bike ride around the local villages e.g Downham (BBC Born and Bred), Grindleton, Waddington, Gisburn Forest
