Belgian brasserie Abbaye offers first-rate mussels in five different incarnations, as well as a dozen other fish and meat dishes. And as for the beer, well... Abbaye is a haven for fisheaters in trendy, carnivorous Smithfield. Business types lunch here, but the evening brings out the romantic atmosphere.
