The Greyhound is in the pretty village of Wigginton, We offer delicious
food, exceptional wines and fine real ales.
It is attractively furnished and has a traditional bar, a relaxing lounge
area with sofas and easy chairs and a stylish dining room.
All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated. We have two double rooms and one
family room. All rooms have en-suite facilities. Each bedroom has tea and
coffee making facilities. All the en-suite bathrooms have power
showers.Included in the price is a freshly prepared continental breakfast.
The Greyhound boasts a relaxing friendly intimate dining experience
and a wide-ranging daily menu of freshly prepared foods,
ranging from Pan-fried Chicken Breast with bubble and squeak and parsnip
crisps, to Chargrilled squid and red pepper salad. And if that doesn't
satisfy a hungry appetite, our gooey chocolate fondant with homemade sorbets
or ice creams should suffice!
