"What a beautiful house" visitors comment

This mellow redbrick Tudor Mansion offers an award winning glimpse into the Tudor Period. Includes a paved mosaic maze, fine moated gardens and working rare breeds farm. Home to regular Re-Creations of Tudor and Wartime Domestic Life, where visitors can meet participants faithfully recreating the speech, dress and activities of the times.

The house, gardens and rare breeds farm are open from March to October. Re-Creations take place on Bank Holiday and selected weekends, when special prices apply.

Open Air Shakespeare, Opera and Concerts Season: late July - early August.

Kentwell has a tearoom which serves home made lunches and teas.

Coach parties welcome, and by pre-booking, can secure reduced rates.
