The area is characterised by wonderful countryside, picture postcard villages and the River Test famous for being the fly fishing capital of the world. Recently re-opened by chefs ANDREW CLARK and LUCY TOWNSEND, the Peat Spade is now renowned for its glorious food, good beer (real ales) and fine wines. Andrew uses the finest, freshest local produce to create a superbly simple, classic English menu that changes with the seasons.
