Enfield has had a market since 1303 when a Charter was granted by Edward 1st. Today you will find one of the most vibrant markets in North London - a Food Court featuring cuisine from across the world lies at the centre with an 80-seater, all-weather food court. Surrounding it are aisles of traditional fishmongers, butchers, bakers and greengrocers along with continental and artisan cheeses, charcuterie, a juice bar as well as general market stalls you would hope to find on any good market, selling fashion, household goods, luggage, toys, books and lots more.

Enfield Market is one of the few in the country operated by a charity; The Old Enfield Charitable Trust and proceeds from pitch fees go to local good causes. The market sits at the heart of community life with regular bands on the Market House (bandstand) and educational activities for local schools. The market runs at 100% occupancy and there is a waiting list for traders.

Number of stalls: 75
Market Days: Thursday, Friday and Saturday
