The Chester Residence opened in 2003. It is a fashionable terraced townhouse in the West End of Edinburgh, convenient for shopping, the commercial districts, art galleries and museums. Over the past six months the property has been meticulously transformed to provide five star luxury and comfort.

It comprises five elegant self contained apartments. Each has a beautifully fitted kitchen and they are ideal for guests requiring space and privacy but still with all of the benefits of a luxury hotel. The apartments are the ultimate in comfort, they are ideal for business meetings and perfect for a holiday. Each apartment is furnished with a mixture of antique and contemporary furniture, quality fittings and fixtures.

The owners, Jacky Brayton and Brian Shirley will provide everything you would expect from a five star hotel, except a restaurant. You are, however, within walking distance of many of the best restaurants in Edinburgh.

Each apartment includes daily maid service, broadband internet connection, direct-line telephone, wide-screen multi-channel TV, DVD and CD players and a library of the top 50 films on DVD.
