Located on the western cliff of Whitby, with a premier sea view, this award-winning accommodation offers a freshly cooked breakfast and a self-service bar. The Wheeldale was the winner of the Accommodation of the Year award at the Whitby Hospitality Association awards in November 2008.
Most of the rooms are large and modern with an en suite, and a few smaller rooms are available. Four rooms have a stunning sea view, and the whole of the hotel is non-smoking.
Crossing the road, you can walk straight down onto the beach for fresh sea air and brisk walks.
