More Information

The four star quality Ramside Hall is set in a 220 acre estate with 27 hole championship golf course. It is situated at only 2 miles from the City of Durham and just 400 metres from junction 62 of the A1M motorway. The oldest part of Ramside Hall dates back to 1820. Sympathetic and stylish extensions have subsequently transformed Ramside into a magnificent hotel venue.

Ramside Hall offers an excellent selection of 80 ensuite bedrooms, each one individually decorated and furnished. The Premier rooms and feature bedrooms have a whirlpool bath and large bathrooms. The hotel also offers both smoking and non- smoking bedrooms. Ramside Hall offers three different dining experiences. The Restaurant, which overlooks the gardens and fountain, serves a traditional menu whilst a more cosmopolitan choice is available in the Grill Room. Ramside Halls championship 27 hole golf course comprises 3 loops of 9 holes with large areas of mature woodland, 14 lakes and bunkers. The Ramside Academy has excellent facilities including the A-Star computerised teaching aid plus the magnificent clubhouse is well equipped with billiards, steam room and sauna.
