The Anchor - a little harbour hotel with a big personality - sits in the picturesque fishing village of Tarbert,Loch Fyne, and boasts an everchanging menu of local seafood, game and island cheeses. Many of the ensuite comfortable bedrooms enjoy spectacular harbour views
A perfect stopping off point en route to the Isles of Jura, Isla and Mull, the Anchor welcomes guests from around the world keen to enjoy not only the outstanding scenery that this beautiful West Coast provides, but also the malts, the golf, the sailing, the diving and a friendliness that is hard to beat.
In the evenings enjoy a drink of Scottish ale or malt whisky in our lounge bar, always popular with visiting yachtsmen, before heading to our restaurant to savour Scottish seafood specialities such as lobster, scallops and langoustines, along with traditional venison, lamb and Scottish beef.
