'Luxury' is sometimes an overused word, but in the case of Elmview it is entirely appropriate. Nici and Robin Hill's house has been converted into a top class establishment, with five spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite shower-rooms, and all furnished and equipped to include everything that a guest could want, whether travelling on business or pleasure.

Elmview is situated in the heart of Edinburgh in a delightful Victorian terrace within easy walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street (1km), the universities, theatres and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. The spacious and quiet ensuite bedrooms have been furnished to include everything a guest could want. Fresh flowers, complimentary sherry, WiFi and elegant furnishings all add to the feeling of a personal home. Elmview overlooks The Meadows, a large urban park, which includes a free 36-hole, pitch and putt golf course. The highlight of your stay will be the excellent breakfasts taken at one large table. Do look at our website which has many pictures of the rooms and a webpage which displays the availability of each room.
