The Old Vicarage is a late Victorian property, set in its own gardens. We offer en-suite rooms with full facilities, evening meals and a licensed bar.We have a varied menu and serve an excellent breakfast. We provide safe parking and a lockable store for bicycles. There is a lounge with a wide selection of books and maps for guests to borrow, many on the mid Wales countryside.

Situated in the heart of Mid Wales, makes this the perfect base from which to explore central Wales, or even further afield, as a hour by car in either direction, brings you to the Breacon or Snowdonia National parks. This is also the ideal spot for bird watching (home of the red kite) walk forgotten footpaths to discover hidden valleys, away from crowds, traffic and stress. Mostly we hope to provide a warm welcome so you will want to return.

We have several circular walks, starting from the Vicarage, with clear written directions and maps, to help you along the way. Why not take a packed lunch and spend a day in the hills, enjoying nature at its best.
