The Dolman Theatre has a 400 seater auditorium, 60 seater studio and a performance area in the foyer. The Dolman is a city centre venue that can accomadate theatrical peroflrmances, conferences, meetings and lectures. It has a cafeteria and a mult- purpose projector. All facilities can be hired to suit your needs. Newport Playgers Society is the resident drama company, producing eight plays each season. There is also a flourishing youth theatre at the Dolman. The theatre is owned and managed by Newport Playgoers Society.
