Built of local granite over six centuries ago, with some walls more than a metre thick, The Old Borough House has been lovingly converted to provide luxury accommodation for ten guests. Although ancient, the house has modern facilities. All guest bathrooms are en-suite with either bath or shower room, complimentary toiletries, mineral water and flowers, individual heating, television, hair dryer and tea or coffee making facilities. There is a comfortable lounge with open fire for the exclusive use of our guests, open all day (should the weather curtail your planned activities) with books, games and a drinks dispensary. Our fourteenth century Fisherman's Cottage provides added comfort and complete privacy for up to four guests.

Our three course breakfasts and optional five course dinners complimented by a bottle from our fine cellar will leave you ready to tread The North Coast Path or stroll along the sea-washed beach at Bossiney Haven, only three hundred metres away. The Old Borough House is ideally situated for exploring the legend of King Arthur's Camelot at Tintagel Castle or perhaps enjoy a game of golf at nearby Bowood Park, the choices for recreation are endless.

Whatever your pleasure, The Old Borough House will provide the perfect haven for your short break or longer stay, where a warm welcome is guaranteed by resident proprietors.
