This large Victorian property provides the traveler or business person the opportunity to stay in this splendid part of town, within easy reach of the centre, minutes walk from the International rugby stadium, or simply act as a base from which to explore the beauty of Central Scotland.The Avenue has 9 rooms over 3 floors, each traditionally decorated in line with the period nature of the building. There is a choice of Single, Double or Family rooms to suit all requirements. All rooms are en-suite,with TV and coffee and tea making facilities.
