Elmcroft is situated just two miles from junction 7 of the M11 and 2 miles from Epping Town (Central Line)This imposing property stands in 3 acres of land with beautiful formal gardens, providing the peace and tranquility of the countryside only 15 minutes from Stansted Airport.# The house consist of 5 bedrooms with 4 double en suite letting rooms.# Elmcroft is a bed and breakfast establishment. # All room prices include a complimentary Continental breakfast.# A cooked English breakfast can be pre-booked for an additional charge of 6.95 per person.# In the summer months breakfast can be taken in our relaxing garden# The master bedroom is 30 feet x 15 feet which is ideal as a bridal suite.# With it's formal gardens, the grounds of the property are an ideal photo backdrop for wedding parties.# TVs - WiFi access are standard in all letting rooms# We have our own bar and restaurant less than 2 minutes walk from the house with meeting rooms and conference facilities available
