Built in 1856, Rosehill House is half a mile south of Burnley town centre. It has retained much of its original architecture and offers free parking and free wireless internet. The hotel is located just off the A682 and is easily accessible via the M66, M62 and M65. It is set in ample grounds and offers a snooker room.
