Sycamore Barn is a newly converted Sussex flint barn. It has been modernised to the highest standards for your comfort and enjoyment.Situated on the edge of Pagham adjacent to the Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, which is an SSI. It has stunning views from the secluded garden over farmland to the beautiful 16th century Thomas 'a' Becket church.The barn sleeps two in a sumptuous double bed with solid oak furniture. Warmth is provided by underfloor heating throughout and hot water is instantly available. The bathroom has a full size bath and a shower and complimentary toiletries are provided. A fitted kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, combination microwave and grill, integrated dishwasher (detergent supplied). The lounge has a luxurious large sofa and chair, Sky TV and a DVD player. Also a CD/radio with built in ipod dock. A selection of books, DVDs, CDs and board games are available for your entertainment.Outside is a secluded patio garden with table and chairs and a BBQ (Bag of charcoal and tools provided) where you can sit with a glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunsets over the 16th century church.You will have a welcome tray which will include fresh eggs from our own chickens, tea, coffee, milk and cookies. Red and white wine.All bed linen and towels are provided. Also tea towels, washing up cloth and liquid.At the end of the barn is a secure laundry/store room where you will find the washer/dryer, broom and other cleaning equipment. If you are bringing bicycles they may be locked in here for safe keeping.
