High Grantley is an attractive North Yorkshire village on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, surrounded by a green tapestry of countryside that walkers enjoy timelessly yet is only five miles from the Cathedral City of Ripon. For a journey into an ethereal world, descend the steps that lead into Stump Cross Caverns where the underground mysteries of stalactites and stalagmites will bewitch all who gaze.
