Reginald Revans
- Favourite Briton.

Born in Portsmouth, Hampshire
Born on 14th of May 1907
Died on 8th of January 2003

Revans had a first career as an astrophysicist at the Cavendish Laboratory before working in the broader educational field, though his later expertise in action learning – practitioners in a particular field learning from one another through mutual questioning and support - was in part primed by the willingness of several great scientists at the Cavendish to explore problems collaboratively. He was professor of industrial administration at Manchester University for 10 years, and worked as a consultant worldwide.
