Born 1976 - English actress and television presenter.
Trained at the Oldham Theatre Workshop. After early work as an extra she played the character Mandy Dingle in Emmerdale for six and a half years. In 1996 won the National Television Award for most popular newcomer. Went on to present the show You’ve Been Framed from 1997-2002. Has had many other roles in numerous TV shows including Fat Friends, The Bill, Holby City, Doctors and the BBC's Afternoon Play series, Having It off. Has appeared in many pantomimes.
