Cornwall Reports
Review of Truro by Dr shahab Hussain on February 21st, 2008
Surely the friendliest golf club in Cornwall. Very laid back atmosphere. Has moved away from the snobbery and narrowmindedness of many of its competitors. Makes a beginner very welcome (which i was when i joined.)
Nice little course too, set in beautiful parkland, and extremely varied.
I would fully recommend a bite to eat in the restaurant after a round, and a beer at the bar with the boys.
A must visit for any golfing enthusiast in Cornwall.
p.s. I'm now a member at the Marriot golf hotel and course at Hollins hall, West Yorkshire. A long championship course, but can honestly say that Killiow is more challenging.
