Argyll Reports

Dunoon, Argyll

Review of Dunoon by Miss Baillie on July 28th, 2006
Coming from 7 generations of Stewarts and Baillies, Dunoon Argyll, most of whom are buried in the old graveyard, in the family lairs - along with my paternal grandparents I am on my way back to start my business venture "at home" rather than here in England, where nobody knows me or gives a damn if I do or don't. The welcome you will get in Dunoon, Innellan, and the entire coastline around the Clyde Estuary is second to none. Scenery is astounding, places to visit too many to list here. All I want to say, now, is come up and see us some time - and haste ye back!!!!

Review of Dunoon by Gene Hubbard on June 20th, 2006
Dunoon is a warm, friendly town with a beautiful view everywhere you look! I was stationed there for nearly three years when I was with the US Navy at Holy Loch. Some of my fondest memories are with the town of Dunoon, the shopping, the Pubs but mostly the people! I look forward to taking an extended holliday there in the future! -Gene Hubbard Virginia Beach, Virginia USA

Everyone seems to fear dying alone. I have never understood this - who wants to die and be polite at the same time - Quentin Crisp
