"I found the staff very helpful, efficient and friendly. My room was bright and clean.","I would like more seating , relaxing areas in the main concourse area","I was very pleasantly surprised by all aspects of my stay at the Hotel. It is very central which I found ideal as I was attending a series of Festival events in different centres in Belfast. I was pleased that my room was well appointed and clean , and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The car parking arrangements are very valuable. I think it is essential to ensure that all items in the cooked breakfast are hot as sometime items had become cold when I sat down to eat. Otherwise, excellent all round."
