Good Points: very pleasant, helpful staff Bad Points: we were overlooking the street as opposed to the river side of the hotel and we found the room noisy General review: very good stay and good value

Good Points: excellant leisure facilities & location to city centre restaurants Bad Points: Room & bathroom slightly compact, would prefer more space General Review: Excellant - only issue is the carpark but understand it is a city centre hotel - just felt coaches were given too much priority
