Good Points: Friendly welcoming staff. Large very claean rooms. Instant hot water in the bathroom. Bad Points: The full breakfast wasn't very nice. Over cooked eggs. Didn't complain. But my friend had a kipper which was delicious. General review: A very short but enjoyable

Firstly I would like to say that the hotel is very nice, spotlessly clean and tidy, and a very well preserved old building. I enjoyed my stay, although it was shorter than expected due to a mistake made by the Bull. I had wanted 2 rooms for 2 nights , 1 of the rooms being a smoking room, unfortunately what I got was 2 rooms for 1 night both non smoking. The Bull hotel did help me find accomadation for the second night in an associated hotel, but only after much persistance by myself for them to do this, other than that it was a "sorry sir we are fully booked" stance, rather unhelpful.breakfast in the morning is nice, but it does take a long time to get served approx 20 mins even when there are only 3 people in the large well presented dining room. I did enjoy my stay at the Bull , but I will not be staying there again in the future as there are more competently run hotels in the area.
