We found the hotel very pleasant and the room we were given was clean and tidy (although a little small). However, we were only provided with one towel and had to take three trips to reception before we were given another. The glass shower screen in our bathroom was broken and kept coming off the rails and let water out.
However, these are only little things. The hotel was nice and the staff were most helpful. Would recommend this hotel to others.
